Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items delivered as described and within 48 hours of dispatch from our facility. These items will no longer be in a saleable condition.

Refunds can be issued up until the creation of a shipping label for perishable items. Once the label is created, refunds are only possible if your order does not reach you within 48 hours of dispatch.

For non-perishable items, contact us before returning. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, with packaging unopened and items unused. Returns must be done at your own cost.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are issued if:

  • Delivery was not made at all by our delivery partners.
  • Delivery was attempted more than 48 hours after collection by our delivery partners.
  • Delivery was made to an incorrect address not matching our system or altered by the customer during transit.

Important Considerations

Please consider your purchase carefully. Refunds incur costs for our family-run business, including non-refundable card processing fees. We appreciate your thoughtful consideration before completing your order.

Refunds, once approved, can take up to seven days to appear in your bank account or on your credit card.

Returns

We cannot accept returns for chilled perishable food items under any circumstances.
